All information provided by the nominator is true and accurate to the best of the nominators’ knowledge. No falsehoods or intentional misrepresentations have been made

In the event of the discovery that the information provided is not truthful it may result in the entry being disqualified. In the event this discovery happens after the entry has been selected to win it may result in the prize being revoked and being reissued to another eligible entrant

Winner must use the weekend away during the times made available by the accommodation provider

Prize may not be sold.

In the event the nominated family is unable to use the prize, Rhema reserves the right to allocate it to another entrant.

Prize covers accommodation but not catering/food, transport or other activities unless stated in the winners prize information at time of winner confirmation

Rhema will facilitate initial contact between the winner and the accommodation provider, however, all other arrangements around booking the dates of the weekend away will be organised between the winner and the accommodation provider

Prize is also subject to any terms and conditions the accommodation provider has in relation to booking and use of their accommodation

Rhema takes no responsibility or liability for any incidents or injuries/losses that occur while using the accommodation. Liabilities and responsibilities will be assumed by the relevant parties as per relevant laws and regulations
