On Thursday 22nd of August, Rhema 99.7 is proudly partnering with Feed the Hungry for Take Away Hunger Day 2024.
Refugee children in Uganda are some of the most vulnerable in the world. They’ve fled violence in South Sudan. They’re often alone, hungry and struggling to survive.
Worldwide hunger is a devastating problem, and children are among the most vulnerable. Around 828 million people don’t have enough food to lead a healthy life- 150 million more since COVID.
66 million primary-school-age children are hungry in the developing world, 23 million in Africa alone.
Today, you are helping kids with the urgent meal they need right now, as well as encouraging their learning in school-based programs.
